And away we go.....

Well, things have been a bit slow with Bartholomew Hat’s piece and all my other work. I just got back from getting married, so projects are a bit all over the place. I’m also trying to balance out the recent success Mutt Ink has stepped into. Not bad issues by any means, but time consuming ones for sure. The one thing that can’t suffer with any of this is the quality of work. That’s what got me here in the first place. So if it means taking a few less jobs, then so be it.

Anywho, the next step with the book is to begin rendering. First up, Bartholomew himself. This is by no means a final. It’s just where I ended up by end of this week. He’s definitely starting to take form.

Man, my heart is racing just reading about all your stuff going on. I remember my first children's book and how it consumed me for over half a year. I was (and still am) working full-time and doing the book on the side. Any side I could find. Life doesn't stop and things pile up and you have my congratulations and my deepest sympathy. I wish you the best with your marriage, book and other pursuits.
